This week on The Lumberyard we remember the life and works of ALEXANDER "SANDY" TAYLOR--poet, publisher, and educator--who died in December 2007 at the age of 76. Taylor was the founder and co-director of Curbstone Press.

This week, we'll hear Sandy reading poems from his book Dreaming at the Gates of Fury, published by Azul Editions, as well as clips from a conversation recorded at WHUS in August 2006.
